My energy reset gives you 45 mins to pause and let go of what feels heavy energetically. After a consultation and card pull, we then move through a reiki practice and finish with a restorative tea and debrief.

Whilst we think we are all similar, human design pinpoints the countless tiny nuances that make us all unique. This session will give you an insight into how to use the tool and unravel the layers holding you back from living authentically.
